Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from well-reputed manufacturers, firms, companies, and their authorized distributors for the procurement of a diesel generator. Eligible bidders must be duly registered with the Income Tax Department and possess relevant experience in the supply of such equipment.
The procurement shall be carried out through National Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, in accordance with Rule 38(2-a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The bidding process will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
Bidding documents will be available immediately after the publication of this notice and may be viewed and downloaded free of cost from the official PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites. All bidders are required to submit their bids online through EPADS. The responsibility for timely and correct submission on the EPADS portal rests entirely with the bidder.
The closing date and time for submission of bids is 29th December, 2025 at 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM, online through EPADS, in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.
The original bid security, as specified in the bidding documents, must be submitted in hard copy at the RWMC Head Office at the address given below on or before the bid submission deadline. Bids that are incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or not in conformity with the bidding documents will not be considered.
The response time for this tender shall be calculated from the date of publication of this advertisement on the EPADS website.
RWMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
