Bidding Procedure
Bidding documents are available on e-PADS and PPRA Punjab websites and may be downloaded free of cost.
Bidders are required to submit encrypted electronic bids on an item-rate basis against each item of the BOQ/DNIT (percentage bidding shall not be accepted). E-bids must be uploaded on e-PADS on or before 30 December 2025 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened as per the scheduled date and time.

Bid Security
The original bid security, in favor of “Principal, Govt. College of Technology, Multan”, in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Banker’s Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft, must be submitted physically at the address given below well before the e-bid submission deadline.
Only bids submitted through e-PADS shall be considered. Late submissions or bids not uploaded properly on the portal will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to complete the uploading process well in advance, as e-bid submission is entirely the responsibility of the bidder, and the institution will not be responsible for any technical or system-related issues.
