TENDER NOTICE
Supply of Laboratory Consumables for Various Trades (Financial Year 2025–26)

The Vocational Training Institute (VTI), Fateh Pur, invites sealed electronic bids from reputed firms registered with the Sales Tax Department and possessing a valid NTN for the supply of laboratory consumable materials required for the following trades:

• Computer Operator

• Building Electrician

• Embroidery

• Dress Making

• Beautician

The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure (Technical and Financial).

Instructions for Bidders

1. Bidding Documents:
   Detailed tender documents containing specifications, terms, and conditions can be obtained online from the Punjab Procurement portals.

2. Bid Submission:

   • Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system by 20th November 2025, 11:00 AM.

   • A physical copy of the Earnest Money (Pay Order/Demand Draft/CDR worth Rs. 39,600/-) must be submitted to the office of the Principal, Vocational Training Institute Fateh Pur, Ward #1, Behind Ahmad Ali Market, near General Bus Stand, Fateh Pur, before the closing time.

   • Manual submission of sealed bids (Technical + Financial) is also acceptable before the deadline.

3. Opening of Bids:
   E-Bids will be opened on the same day (20-11-2025) at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.

4. Procedure:
   The Single Stage – Two Envelope method will be applied. Technical bids will be opened first, while financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened later.

5. General Conditions:

   • The procuring process, including bid submission, opening, evaluation, and award, shall strictly follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

   • Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.

   • The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
