The Bank of Punjab invites sealed electronic bids from reputable and experienced firms/suppliers registered with the relevant tax authorities for the supply of Cash Handling Machines. The procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the prescribed rules for the financial year 2025–2026.
1. Scope of Work
The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying Cash Handling Machines as per the specifications and quantities mentioned in the official bidding documents.
2. Availability of Bidding Documents
Complete bidding documents are available and can be obtained free of cost from the procurement section during working hours, or they may be downloaded from the official procurement portal. All interested bidders must carefully read and follow the instructions mentioned in the tender documents before submitting their bids.
3. Submission and Opening of Bids

Deadline for Bid Submission: Up to 11:00 a.m., November 18, 2025

Technical Bid Opening: 11:30 a.m., November 18, 2025

Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened at a later date, which will be announced after the technical evaluation.

Only online submissions through the e-Procurement system (EPADS) will be accepted. Manual or hand-delivered bids will not be entertained.
4. Bid Security
Each bidder must submit a Bid Security in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents. Bids without the prescribed bid security shall be rejected.
5. Evaluation Criteria
Bids will be evaluated based on technical compliance, delivery timelines, and financial competitiveness, as detailed in the tender documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable procurement rules.

Late, conditional, or incomplete bids shall not be considered.
