Project Management Unit (PMU), Punjab Wildlife & Parks Department, invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable firms for the procurement and development of a Web-Based 3D, 360-Degree Virtual Tour System under the project titled “Archives and Wildlife Resource Management System.”

2. Bidding Method

The procurement process will be conducted as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

3. Tender Documents

The tender document is available free of cost and may be downloaded from the PPRA and EPADS online portals.

4. Submission and Opening of Bids

• Bid Submission Deadline: 15 January 2026 – 11:00 AM (electronic submission only)

• Bid Opening: 15 January 2026 – 11:30 AM (same day)

All bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS).
Manual or late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Bid Security

Bids must include a Bid Security of Rs. 1,800,000/-, strictly in accordance with the “Bid Security” clause of the tender document and Rule-27 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected.

6. Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must submit:

• Valid Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration Certificates

• All supporting documents as listed in the tender document

7. Additional Information

The response time of this tender shall be calculated from the date of advertisement publication on the PPRA website.

Right to Reject

PMU management reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time before acceptance, in accordance with Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
