E-TENDER NOTICE
Provision of IT Equipment for PFAS
Procurement Reference No.: PFAS/2025-26/02

Pakistan Food Authority System (PFAS) invites electronic bids from eligible, well-established, GST-registered firms and suppliers for the supply and delivery of IT equipment required for PFAS operations. The procurement will be carried out under the applicable procedures prescribed in PPRA Rules, 2014 (as amended).

This tender is being conducted through the E-Procurement System (EPADS). Only online submissions through EPADS will be accepted. Manual/hand-delivered bids will not be entertained.

Tender Documents

• Complete bidding documents, including detailed specifications and terms & conditions, are available and can be downloaded by registered bidders through EPADS.

• The bidding documents must be read thoroughly before submitting bids.

Bid Submission & Opening

• Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically through EPADS on or before the official closing time mentioned in the system.

• Electronic bids will be opened automatically through the EPADS portal at the given opening time in accordance with the schedule displayed on EPADS.

• No physical/manual bids or proposals will be accepted.

Bid Security

Bidders must submit bid security (as specified in the tender document) in the form of a bank draft/pay order, in favor of PFAS.
Bid security must be received in original and reach the procurement office before the bid opening date and time.

General Conditions

• All applicable taxes must be included in the bid price and shown separately.

• PFAS reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids at any stage under the provisions of PPRA Rules.

• Any late or incomplete submission shall not be considered.
