Notice Inviting Tender

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the following work:

• Contractors must be licensed and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above, with the relevant specialization codes EE-04 and ME-01.

• Bidders must have valid/active NTN and Professional Tax certificates.

How to Apply:

• Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA’s E-PADS portal, following the PPRA rules and E-Pak Procurement Regulations.

• This tender will follow the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope Procedure, which means you need to prepare separate technical and financial proposals.

What to Submit:

• On the day of the tender opening, submit hard copies of both the Technical and Financial Proposals, each in a separate sealed envelope.

• The original Earnest Money instrument (in a sealed envelope) must also be submitted on the same day and time.

• A scanned copy of the Earnest Money must be uploaded with the bid on E-PADS as well.

Important:

• The Earnest Money (Bid Security) must be in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favour of PAA Development.

• Bids without valid Earnest Money or with any false information will be rejected immediately.

• Conditional bids will not be accepted.

• PAA reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 33.

Serious Warning:
If any pay order, bank draft, or guarantee submitted as Earnest Money or Bid Security is found fake or is dishonoured by the issuing bank at any stage, strict legal action will be taken, including blacklisting the bidder.
