Important Terms of Auction

1. Tax Payment:
   Applicable taxes will be paid separately by the successful bidder, based on the rates set by the government.

2. Advance Payment Requirement:
   The successful bidder will be required to:

   • Pay 25% of the total amount immediately upon confirmation.

   • Pay the remaining 75% within 7 days.

   • Failure to comply with this payment schedule will result in cancellation of the bid.

3. Security Deposit for Participation:
   To participate in the auction process, interested bidders must deposit a security amount of PKR 2,000,000 (two million rupees).

   • This deposit is mandatory for attending the auction.

   • It can also be submitted online via WhatsApp or Zindagi App.

4. Submission of Quotations:

   • All quotations must be submitted via courier services (such as TCS, OCS, Leopard, Registered Mail, etc.).

   • Hand-delivered or unregistered submissions will not be accepted.

5. Inspection of Tractors:

   • The tractors can be physically inspected at JDW Sugar Mills, Unit 1, prior to submitting your quotation.
