Under the orders of the Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority, the Auction Committee has announced an open auction for awarding contracts for the collection of market fees for the financial year 2025–2026.

The contracts will be auctioned under the terms and conditions issued by the competent authority.

From the date of contract award until 30th June 2026.

Pre-Qualification / Registration Requirements

Individuals or firms wishing to participate in this new market fee collection contract must register in advance. Submit your registration request with the following documents one day before the auction date by 11:00 AM at the Market Committee Office, Samundri:

•  Full name, registered office address, postal address, telephone number, and email address.

•  Copy of CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).

•  Latest 6-month Financial Statement from any scheduled bank.

•  Valid certificates for Income Tax, Professional Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, etc.

•  An affidavit confirming the individual/firm has never been blacklisted.

•  An affidavit with details of any legal cases against the individual/firm in the last 5 years.

• Registration Fee: Rs. 50,000 per contract.

Note: Only registered and pre-qualified bidders who meet all the terms will be eligible to participate in the auction.

Bid Security

• Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Market Committee Samundri before the auction starts:

  • Rs. 600,000 for the Fruit & Vegetable Market contract.

  • Rs. 400,000 for the Grain Market contract.

• The successful bidder’s security will be returned after the contract expires.

• Unsuccessful bidders will get their bid security back on the same day after the auction.

Additional Conditions

• The official minimum bid will be 15% higher than the market fee collected for the year 2024–2025.

• All other terms and conditions of the contract must be met in full.

• Further details and complete terms can be reviewed during office hours at the Market Committee Samundri and will also be announced at the auction.

• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for any reason.

• If, for any reason, the auction does not take place on the scheduled date, it will be held instead on 23rd July 2025 or 26th July 2025 at the same time and place. No separate advertisement or public notice will be issued.

• Defaulters of any Market Committee are not eligible to participate.

• Note: No further advertisements will be published for this auction. If the auction is not completed on the announced dates, the auction process will continue every Thursday until the contracts are finalized.
