Open Tender Notice 54–56/2025

Sealed tenders are invited from reputable manufacturers and stockists, on FOR Islamabad basis. Firms must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and have their own offices equipped with telephone and fax facilities.

Below are the details for each tender:

Important Terms & Conditions

• Detailed specifications, terms, and conditions can be obtained from the undersigned. Please submit a written request on your company’s letterhead along with a bank draft/pay order for the specified tender fee in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
  Note: Cash payments for tender fees will not be accepted.

• Each tender/quotation must include 2% earnest money of the total value, payable to Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

• Firms who failed to supply ordered items in the past will not be issued tender documents.

• Delays caused by postal services are the sole responsibility of the tenderer.

• The tender number and due date must be clearly written on the envelope.

• Tenders received after the opening date and time will not be accepted.

• All submitted tenders must be valid for at least 60 days from the opening date. Tenders with shorter validity will not be accepted.

• Any tenders with cuttings or overwriting will be rejected immediately.

• Payment will be made only after satisfactory inspection and receipt of the complete ordered items.

• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders at any stage.

• Tender documents can be dispatched on receipt of request and bank draft via post, fax, or email.

• The original bank draft must reach this office at least ONE day before the tender opening date.

• The last date to issue tender documents is also ONE day before the opening date.
