Background
To enhance passenger services and encourage private sector participation, Pakistan Railways plans to outsource the management and operations of the following Express and Passenger Trains through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.

Single Stage — Two Envelope bidding process under PPRA Rules.

Bid Documents:

Can be obtained from the Office of Dy: CCM/Marketing, Pakistan Railways Headquarters during office hours.

Fee: Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable).

Technical bids must be submitted to Committee Room #3, Pakistan Railways Headquarters.

Deadline: 12th August 2025 at 11:00 AM.

Opening: Same day at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders’ representatives.
