District Police Office, Mianwali

The District Police Officer, Mianwali invites sealed bids (framework contract) for the purchase and repair of various items for the financial year 2025–2026. The allocated budget will cover eligible payments under this contract.

Key Details & Requirements

• The Office of the District Police Officer, Mianwali, now invites bids from eligible bidders, including:

  • Manufacturers

  • Authorized sales and service dealers

• The procurement will be carried out through E-Procurement under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Single Envelope), as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014, amended up to date.

• All provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions of Contract shall apply as mentioned in the official bidding documents.

• Interested and eligible bidders can download the bidding documents from EPADS or the PPRA website.

• Bids must:

  • Be submitted/uploaded through EPADS.

  • Reach this office by 12:00 PM, 29th July 2025.

  • Be accompanied by the required Bid Security (as stated above) in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank in Pakistan.

• Bids will be opened through EPADS at 1:00 PM on 29th July 2025 in the Office of the District Police Officer, Mianwali. Bidders or their authorized representatives are encouraged to attend.

• Bidders should submit their best and final prices, as no negotiations will take place afterwards.

• Applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules.
  NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificates must be attached with the bid.
