GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (APPLICABLE TO ALL TENDERS)

1. Tender forms and complete details can be obtained from respective Bases/Log Squadrons during working hours.

2. Firms must be registered for GST and Professional Tax and must hold a valid NTN.

3. Last Date for Submission: 23 December 2025 at 1000 hrs
   Opening Time: 23 December 2025 at 1100 hrs

4. No advance payment will be made. Payment is subject to acceptance by user units.

5. Officers Commanding reserve the right to reject any or all quotations on technical grounds.

6. Quotations must remain valid for 90 days.

7. Sales Tax must be quoted separately.

8. Warranty/Guarantee terms must be clearly mentioned.

9. All procurement will be governed by the Official Secrets Act, 1923.
