The Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) continues its mission to preserve, promote, and revive the rich cultural and historical heritage of the Walled City. As part of these ongoing efforts, WCLA plans to organize a Puppet Show Activity at Makatib Khana, Lahore Fort, aimed at engaging young audiences and celebrating Lahore’s vibrant artistic traditions.
Purpose of the Activity
The proposed puppet show will serve as an educational and entertaining cultural experience for children, students, and families. Through traditional puppetry, the activity will highlight heritage themes, cultural values, and the artistic legacy of Lahore.
Scope of Work
The selected individual or firm will be responsible for:

Designing and performing cultural puppet shows based on heritage-related themes.

Arranging all necessary elements, including puppets, stage setup, sound, and lighting.

Coordinating with WCLA’s Marketing Wing for content approval and scheduling.

Ensuring performances are engaging, educational, and suitable for children and family audiences.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:

Have relevant experience in puppetry or performing arts.

Provide a portfolio of previous performances or similar projects.

Be registered with FBR/PRA (where required).

Submit complete contact details along with a performer or firm profile.
Submission Requirements
Interested puppeteers, artists, or performing groups should submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) including:

A detailed proposal describing the concept and theme of the puppet show.

Estimated cost for the complete service.

Profile of the individual or company showcasing relevant experience.

Copies of valid registration and tax documents.
Submission Deadline
Sealed EOIs must reach the office of the undersigned by 22 December 2025 before 1:00 PM.
EOIs will be opened the same day at 1:30 PM.
Response time will be calculated from the date the advertisement is published on the PPRA website.
