Invitation to e-Bid – Tender No. ZTBL-14-2025
Subject: Procurement of Chemistry Analyzer for ZTBL Medical Laboratory

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), a public sector bank headquartered in Islamabad, is inviting qualified manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers to participate in the e-bidding process for the procurement of a Chemistry Analyzer for its Medical Laboratory.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List maintained by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

How to Participate:

• Bidding will be conducted electronically through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

• Manual submissions will not be accepted.

• However, original bid security documents and required affidavits (as mentioned in the bidding documents) must be delivered in hard copy to the ZTBL Head Office before the closing time of bid submission.

Bidding Documents:

• Can be obtained from the Procurement Department at ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad, for a fee of Rs. 2,000.

• Alternatively, documents can be downloaded free of cost from the ZTBL website or PPRA EPADS portal.

Important Dates:

• Bid Submission Deadline: 17th June 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening Time: 17th June 2025 at 11:30 AM

Please note, a formal Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted under Rule 48 of the PPRA Rules 2004. Details are available on the EPADS portal and ZTBL website.
