Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South), Turbat invites sealed bids from eligible and registered firms for the supply of Electro-Medical Stores on a F.O.R basis at Turbat.

Required Items:

  • Electro-medical items such as First Aid Kits, Anesthesia Pharma Kits, and related medical equipment.


Important Tender Information:

  • Bid Submission Deadline: 12 June 2025, by 10:00 AM

  • Bid Opening Date & Time: 12 June 2025, at 11:00 AM at HQ FC Balochistan (South), Turbat

  • Bid Validity: Bids must remain valid up to 30 June 2025

  • Tender Fee: Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable)

  • Bid Security: Rs. 2,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made out to Frontier Corps Balochistan HQ (South), Turbat


Submission Guidelines:

  1. Two-envelope system must be used:

    • One envelope for technical proposal

    • One envelope for financial proposal

    • Both envelopes should be clearly labeled with the contents and the firm’s name

  2. Firms must bring physical samples of the quoted items. Without samples, both technical and financial proposals will be rejected.

  3. The Frontier Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.

  4. Firms must be:

    • Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments

    • Listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR

  5. Tender documents can be collected from FC Headquarters in Turbat, as well as designated offices in Karachi and Islamabad, upon payment of the tender fee.

  6. Opening of tenders will take place in front of the participating bidders as per PPRA Rules 2004.

  7. Late bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  8. Sample inspection and any laboratory testing costs will be borne by the bidding firm.


Documents Required with the Bid:

  • Valid NTN Certificate

  • Affidavit disclosing financial standing of the firm

  • FBR-certified Tax Return for the previous year

  • Bank Statement for the last 6 months

  • Copy of the CNIC of the firm’s owner

  • Authority Letter for the firm’s representative

  • Affidavit declaring that the firm is not blacklisted by any government or semi-government institution
