This is to inform the general public that various Evacuee Trust urban properties located in the districts of Gujrat, Jhelum, and Mandi Bahauddin will be offered for monthly rent through public auction. The auction will be held on an "as-is, where-is" basis, in accordance with the Evacuee Trust Properties Rules 1977, subsequent instructions issued by the Board, and the proposed amendments to the said scheme.

Right to Appeal: Any individual or organization who wishes to object to the auction process or outcomes must file an appeal within 15 days of this notice under Section 16 of the ETP Act (Act XIII of 1975) with the Administrator, ETP Office, Gujranwala. Appeals submitted after the stipulated period will not be entertained.

Final Authority: The decision of the Auction Committee regarding property allotment, rent, or any corrections in details is final.
