Public Auction Notice
This is to inform the general public through this advertisement that certain commercial properties, as listed below, will be offered for open public auction under the supervision of the Accountability Court, Islamabad. The auction will be held on 16th June 2025 in Lahore, as per the schedule approved in reference to the court order dated 16th April 2025.
The auction will take place at the location of each respective property. Details of the properties and their reserve prices are as follows:

Participation Guidelines

Individuals or companies interested in participating must submit a non-refundable demand draft or pay order in favor of the District Collector, Lahore, for the respective property before the auction date. Without this security deposit, no participant will be allowed to bid.

All interested bidders must submit attested photocopies of their CNICs. In the case of companies or partnerships, a board resolution authorizing an individual to participate on the entity’s behalf must also be provided.

The successful bidder will be announced on the same day and must immediately deposit 25% of the total bid amount, including the earnest money. The remaining 75% will be payable upon final approval of the sale by the competent authority.

In the event of failure to pay the remaining amount, the deposit and earnest money will be forfeited in favor of the government.

The successful bidder will also be responsible for paying all applicable government taxes, such as stamp duty, local levies, and other official charges as per law.

The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning a reason.

Any violation of the terms will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.

Ownership rights will be transferred only after full payment and government dues are settled. This will be done through proper documentation under official process.

Participation in this auction does not entitle any bidder to legal claims or objections against the committee or government regarding the auction proceedings.

The Auction Committee reserves the right to amend any auction process or reject any or all bids before finalizing the transaction.
