E-Bid Reference: Store Tender No. 72
Invitation to Submit Electronic Bids

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through the Chief Engineer (Power) GB at the WAPDA Power Complex in Barotha, Attock, invites electronic bids from eligible businesses for the following:

Tender Title: Procurement of Consumables, Spare Parts, and Tools & Plant (T&P) Items for the E&M Section of the Power Complex at Barotha-Attock.
Delivery Terms: F.C.S (Free Carrier Services) basis
Contract Duration: 60 days from the date the purchase order is issued.

Who Can Apply:

Only those bidders who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate:

• Registered manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors

• Must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments

• Must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)

How to Access Bidding Documents:

Interested and eligible bidders can obtain complete bidding documents containing technical specifications, terms, and conditions by logging into the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) at eprocure.gov.pk.
This invitation is also available on the official WAPDA and PPRA websites.

Important Dates:

• Bid Submission Deadline: On or before August 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM (through EPADS only)

• Bid Opening Time: August 20, 2025 at 11:30 AM

• Opening Venue: Conference Room, Main Office Building, GB Power Complex Colony, Barotha-Attock
  Note: Only electronic bids will be accepted. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Procedure:

The procurement will follow the Single Stage – One Envelope method.

Bid Security:

Each bidder is required to submit a Bid Security of Rs. 400,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made payable to the Chief Engineer (Power) GB, Barotha.

Additional Information:

WAPDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time before the contract is awarded, in accordance with Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.

Note: Details of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC), formed under Rule 48 of the PPRA Rules, are available on EPADS and on the procuring agency’s website, if applicable.
