INVITATION FOR BIDS
Bid Reference No. 01/2025-26
The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through the Chief Engineer & Project Director (CB & CJ Link Canal Project), WAPDA Chashma, District Mianwali, invites electronic bids (EPADS) on an item-rate basis from eligible firms/contractors for the following works under Chashma Barrage O&M.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 in Category C-6 or above with the specialization codes CE-01, CE-04, and CE-10. Firms must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List for both income tax and sales tax.

Instructions for Bidders

Availability of Bidding Documents:
Detailed bidding documents, including terms, specifications, and requirements, are available for registered bidders on the EPADS portal. -
Submission of Bids:
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only up to 11:00 AM on October 28, 2025.
Manual bids will not be accepted. -
Opening of Bids:
The electronic bids will be opened on the same day at the respective times indicated above, in the office of the Director Technical, Chashma Barrage, WAPDA Colony, Mianwali, in the presence of authorized representatives of the participating bidders.
A Single Stage, Single Envelope bidding procedure will be followed. -
Bid Security:
Each bidder must submit the required bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Chief Engineer & PD (CB & CJ Link Canal Project).
Insurance guarantees will not be accepted. -

All procurements shall be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules.

The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
