The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Ministry of Industries & Production) intends to auction its fixed asset items on an “As-Is-Where-Is” basis. The items include:

• Racks, counters, trolleys, baskets, tables, and chairs

• Ceiling and bracket fans, lights, and sign/direction boards

• Ghee and atta trays, poly sealers/packing machines

• Chillers, almirahs, air conditioners, coolers

• LEDs/LCDs and other related equipment

Auction Details

• Date & Time: 12 August 2025 at 12:30 PM

• Venue: As specified by the Auction Committee (participants or authorized representatives may attend)

• Eligibility:

  • Open to all Pakistani citizens holding a valid CNIC

  • Government defaulters and government employees are not eligible

  • Companies may participate through their authorized representatives

• Security Deposit: PKR 1,000,000 in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, along with CNIC, to be submitted before the auction.

  • The deposit will be refunded to all participants except the highest bidder.

• Additional Requirements:

  • Offers must be submitted on the prescribed form

  • A certificate on PKR 100 stamp paper declaring the participant is neither a government employee nor a government defaulter must be attached

Important Conditions

• All applicable government taxes will be borne by the successful bidder

• Successful bidders must collect all purchased items from designated locations within 10 days
