Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed tenders from firms and manufacturers who are pre-qualified/registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal), Standards & Specifications NTDC Lahore, or with WAPDA/PEPCO/any DISCO for the year 2021–22. The tender is for the supply of the following materials, to be delivered free of charge to IESCO Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajar, and Wah:

Participants: Bidders or their authorized representatives (with authority letters) may attend the opening.
Terms & Conditions

The bidding will follow a Single Stage, Single Envelope procedure.

Prices must be firm and final on FCS basis, with no involvement of foreign exchange.

Bids must remain valid for 60 days.

Each tender must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit of 2% of the total offered value, valid for 90 days, issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan (rated A+ or above), in favor of CEO, IESCO Islamabad.

Tender documents, including terms and conditions, may be obtained from the office of Material Management, IESCO Islamabad, against a non-refundable fee of PKR 3000 per tender. Documents will be issued on working days during office hours until one day before the opening date.

Partial bids will not be accepted. Bidders must quote for the full quantity specified in the tender.

No tender documents will be issued on the day of tender opening. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected.

IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
