Bid Submission Guidelines

1. Who Can Bid:
   Any legally eligible member of the public may submit a bid.

2. Where to Submit Sealed Bids:

   • For Karachi Properties:
     Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited – Head Office
     Ground Floor, 162, Bangalore Town, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

   • For Faisalabad Property:
     Al Baraka Bank – Civil Lines Branch
     Ground Floor, 816-C, Main Faisal Lane, Faisalabad

3. Deadline for Submission:
   August 7, 2025 (before 3:00 PM during office hours)

4. Bid Requirements:
   Each bid must include:

   • Original Pay Order or Demand Draft worth 10% of the bid amount, payable to Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited (as earnest money)

   • Copy of valid CNIC

   • Full contact details, including mobile number

5. Bid Opening:

   • All sealed bids will be opened on August 8, 2025, at 2:30 PM at the respective submission locations.

   • Only sealed envelopes will be considered. Unsealed bids or those without earnest money will be rejected.

6. Payment Terms:

   • The remaining 90% of the accepted bid amount must be paid within 45 days of the bank’s final acceptance.

   • The Sale Deed will be executed after full payment is received.

7. Property Inspection:
   Interested bidders may request property visits or further details on or before August 7, 2025, during working hours by contacting the official below.

8. Earnest Money for Unsuccessful Bidders:
   Will be refunded within 7 working days of the bid opening. No interest or profit will be paid.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• All transfer costs (e.g., taxes, registration, stamp duty, legal fees) are to be borne by the successful bidder.

• The bank makes no warranties regarding the property’s title, condition, or encumbrances. Interested parties must do their own due diligence.

• Property possession will be handed over after full payment and completion of legal formalities.

• The bank reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any or all bids

  • Negotiate with the two highest bidders

  • Postpone, cancel, or modify the tender without explanation

• The bank's decision in all matters shall be final and binding.
