The Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA) is an independent body established under the Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority Act 2016. PAFDA plays a vital role in ensuring world-class testing services for the food, agriculture, and pharmaceutical sectors across Punjab.
To strengthen our laboratory facilities, we invite bids from qualified and reputable firms/companies for the Purchase of Shaking Incubators (LOT 107.2).

Last Date to Submit Bids: 23rd July 2025, no later than 10:15 AM

Technical Bid Opening: Same day, 23rd July 2025 at 10:45 AM through EPADS

Note: Only bids submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) will be accepted. Manual submissions are not allowed.
Participation Requirements

Bidders must submit both Technical and Financial Proposals according to the instructions outlined in the Tender Documents.

The detailed scope of work, specifications, and terms & conditions are provided in the Tender Documents available to registered firms on EPADS and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.

Firms must be registered on EPADS to participate.
Important Points to Note

This procurement process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

PAFDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage before final acceptance, as allowed under Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules, 2014.

Upon request, PAFDA will communicate the grounds for rejection but is not bound to justify them in detail.
