Provision of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services for State Life’s Voluntary Pension Scheme (VPS) Back Office Operations

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (Principal Office, Karachi) invites proposals from reputable firms for the provision of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services to manage the back-office operations of the Voluntary Pension Scheme (VPS).

The bidding process will follow the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules via E-PADS. Technical and financial proposals are required as per details provided in the tender documents.

Tender Documents & Submission

• Tender documents are available for download from:

  • PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk)

  • State Life website (www.statelife.com.pk)

  • E-PADS platform

• Only firms registered with PPRA for E-PADS customized procurement will be eligible to participate.

• Completed tenders must be submitted electronically via E-PADS on or before 18 August 2025 at 11:00 AM.

• Tenders will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
