Terms & Conditions

1. Detailed terms and conditions are provided in Tender Form (F-528A).

2. Firms must be registered with GST and NTN and hold a valid professional tax certificate.

3. Last date for submission: 14 October 2025, 1000 hrs.

4. Tenders will be opened the same day at 1100 hrs.

5. No advance payment will be made. Payment will be subject to acceptance by the user authority.

6. Validity of quotations must be at least 90 days (or 120 days where specified).

7. Sales tax must be quoted separately.

8. Warranty/guarantee period should be clearly mentioned in the quotation.

9. All contracts will be governed by the Official Secrets Act, 1923.

10. Officers Commanding of the respective Bases/Units reserve the right to reject any or all tenders on technical grounds.
