Pakistan Railways previously announced the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the outsourcing of the operation and management of its Concrete Sleeper Factories. The tender notice was published on 8 July 2025 in Daily Express (Urdu) and The News (English), and uploaded to the official Pakistan Railways website on 7 July 2025 under PID (L) 52/25.

Please note that the bid submission and opening date has been revised:

• Previous Date: 11 August 2025

• New Date: 8 September 2025

Key Details for Bidders

1. Interested firms, bidders, or companies can download Addendum No. 2 to the RFP/Bidding Documents from the Pakistan Railways website.

2. Hard copies of the bidding documents, including Addendum No. 1 and No. 2, are also available from the office of the Managing Director, Concrete Sleeper Factories, Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Lahore.

3. A second pre-bid meeting will be held on 11 August 2025 at 11:00 AM in Committee Room No. 1, Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Empress Road, Lahore.
