Pak Red Crescent Medical & Dental College / Teaching Hospital announces a public auction for the disposal of inactive and unserviceable items as listed below:

Items for Auction

1. Unserviceable Air Conditioners (1.5 ton, 1 ton, window, split, and cabinet AC units)

2. Miscellaneous Scrap Items (Stretchers, bucket stands, fire extinguishers, door frames, iron drums, water coolers, drip stands, motorcycle fuel tanks, patient beds, surgical drums, gynecology stands, urine bags, UPS units, AC/plastic pipes, electric and gas heaters, engine parts, bracket fans, water dispensers, surgical parts, and other related equipment)

Auction Terms & Conditions

1. The auction will be conducted on an “As-Is-Where-Is” basis through an Open Outcry method.

2. Interested participants must deposit a refundable security amount of PKR 25,000 for each auction (for each lot separately) in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Cash in favor of Pak Red Crescent Medical & Dental College.

3. Only those participants who have deposited the security amount before 11:00 AM on 12 August 2025 will be eligible to participate.

   • Auction for items listed under Serial No. 1 will start at 11:30 AM.

   • Auction for items listed under Serial No. 2 will start at 12:30 PM on the same day.

4. All items can be inspected from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM during official working hours/days prior to the auction date.

5. The successful bidder must pay 60% of the bid amount on the spot, while the remaining 40% must be paid within 7 days. Collection of the auctioned items will only be allowed after full payment.

6. All applicable taxes must be borne by the successful bidder.

7. All sales will be treated on an “As-Is-Where-Is” basis, and no claims or objections will be entertained afterward.

8. The institution reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
