TENDER NOTICE
The Programme Director, Balochistan Awam Endowment Fund (BAEF), invites eligible bidders to submit bids electronically for the supply of the following items:

Please Note:

Only electronic bids will be accepted. No physical bids are required.

For all Government of Balochistan procurements (whether submitted electronically or manually), it is mandatory for bidders to register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA).

A tender fee of PKR 1,000/- must be paid.
Procurement Details
-
The procurement will be carried out according to the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

The procedure for bidding will be Single Stage – Two Envelope.

Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Deposit at Call of PKR 2,000,000, issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, bidders must:
-
Have completed at least 3 similar assignments of comparable nature and complexity in the last 2 years, with a turnover of at least PKR 100 million in any single year during this period.

Be listed on the Active Taxpayer List and possess a valid Sales Tax Certificate.

Not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan (an affidavit of this must be submitted on a Rs. 500/- stamp paper, duly notarized).

Submit the required bid security and tender fee as specified.

Have a valid Drug Sale License and provide the credentials or CV of the licensed pharmacist.

Ensure that the shelf life of supplied medicines is more than 75% at the time of delivery, for both local and imported products.

Have an operational office in Balochistan.

Provide fair and reasonable pricing for all items.

Supply medicines to the BAEF office on an as-and-when-required basis, ensuring timely delivery according to the demand’s nature and urgency.

Agree that supplies will be delivered case-by-case and that payments will be made on a monthly basis. This must be confirmed on the bidder’s official letterhead, signed and stamped.

Submit a Quality Assurance Certificate on the company’s letterhead.

Provide a hard copy of the bid documents before the opening date.
-
Attach tax returns for the last three years.
Joint Ventures (JV) are not allowed for this tender.
Bid Validity
Bids must remain valid for at least 90 days from the date of submission.
