The Inland Revenue Services Academy (IRIS) invites electronic proposals (e-Bids) from specialized and authorized dealers for the restoration, technical operations, and lifecycle mechanical supervision of the government-owned swimming pool located within the secure premises of the Academy.

The project includes:

• Recommissioning of the facility

• Integration of particulate control systems

• Mechanical maintenance and compliance for the internal circulation and containment systems of the aquatic facility

Eligibility & Submission

• Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) under a Framework Agreement.

• Official bidding documents can be downloaded from https://ppra.gov.pk.

• Proposals must be submitted in non-editable PDF format, digitally authenticated, and uploaded exclusively through the e-PADS portal.

• Deadline for e-Bid Submission: 13 August 2025 – 11:00 AM

• Opening of Technical Bids: 13 August 2025 – 11:30 AM
