The PINUM Patient Welfare Society (PPWS) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage, Two Envelope Bidding Procedure from reputable and eligible constructors for the Construction of a Corporate Office Building at PINUM Cancer Hospital.

The project will be built on a 30 ft x 67.5 ft plot (2,025 sq. ft.) and will include a basement, ground floor, and first floor.

Eligibility Requirements

Bidders must have:

• Valid PEC registration (Category C-5 or higher)

• Valid Income Tax and Sales Tax Registration

• Active Taxpayer status on FBR at the time of bid submission

Tender Documents

• Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents from the PPWS Registered Office during office hours.

• A non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 (pay order/CDR in favor of PPWS) is required for purchase.

• Site inspection and additional details are available at the same office.

Pre-Bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 August 2025 at 11:00 AM at the PPWS office.

Bid Submission & Opening

• Submission Deadline: 25 August 2025 by 11:00 AM

• Technical Bids Opening: 25 August 2025 at 11:00 AM at PPWS office in the presence of bidders’ representatives

• Financial Bids Opening: Only for technically qualified bidders, at a later date to be communicated

Bidding Procedure

• Two Envelopes:

  1. Technical Bid – Marked as “Technical Bid”

  2. Financial Bid – Marked as “Financial Bid” and must include Bid Security of 2% of the total bid amount (Call Deposit Receipt/Pay Order in favor of PPWS)

• Financial Bids of non-qualified bidders will remain unopened and returned along with the bid security.

PPWS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
