The Bank of Punjab invites bids from reputable and experienced organizations/companies for the procurement of PTA-approved tablets. The process will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, meaning technical and financial proposals must be submitted together in separate envelopes.

Bid Submission
All bids must be uploaded only through the E-PADS portal by the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained. -
Bid Security Requirement

A minimum of 2% of the estimated cost is required as bid security.

This should be submitted to the Head of Centralized Procurement Department (CPD), BOP in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or UC.

A copy of the CDR must be uploaded along with the Technical Bid on E-PADS.

Important Notes for Bidders

All quoted prices must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Bidders must provide valid NTN and GST registration certificates with their documents.
