The Hyderabad Institute for Technology & Management Sciences (HITMS) invites sealed tenders from reputable and eligible contractors/firms (not blacklisted by any agency) for two significant infrastructure projects. The tendering process will be carried out under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules via the EPAD e-tendering system.

Important Instructions & Terms

Tender Documents must be downloaded and submitted through the EPAD system only. No physical/courier/email submissions will be entertained.

Earnest Money (CDR):

5% of bid amount for Sr. 1

4% of bid amount for Sr. 2
The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Committee at least 30 minutes before opening time. Upload a scanned copy on the EPAD system as part of your bid.

Forgery or fake documents (including CDR) will lead to:

Disqualification

Blacklisting from HITMS tenders

Reporting to PPRA and PEC

Tenders submitted without earnest money or with conditions will be rejected outright.

Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure (as per PPRA Rule 36(a)) will be followed.

Bids must be duly signed, stamped, and authorized by a company representative, with an authorization letter attached.

An affidavit must be submitted confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any procuring agency.

In case of a holiday or office closure on the day of opening, tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids per PPRA Rule 33.
