Special Maintenance Work on Mianwali–Muzaffargarh Road (N-135)
The National Highway Authority (NHA), Maintenance Region West, Mianwali, invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced constructors for a special maintenance project. Firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department, listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the required category and specializations.

Bidding Procedure:
This tender follows the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals in accordance with the bidding documents. -
Availability of Documents:
Bidding documents will be available for free download starting August 5, 2025, from the NHA e-bidding portal. -
Bid Submission Deadline:
All completed bids must be submitted to the address given below no later than 11:00 AM on August 20, 2025 (Monday). Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. -
Mandatory EPADS Registration:
All interested firms must register on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual/hard copy bids will no longer be accepted in future procurements.
