The Bank of Punjab invites sealed technical and financial bids from well-established and reputable insurance companies for the renewal of its Group Staff Finance Insurance Policy for the year 2025–2026. The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Process, where technical and financial proposals are submitted together in separate envelopes.

1. Submission Method
   Bids must be submitted online only via the E-PADS portal. No hard copy or manual submission will be accepted.

2. Bid Security

   • Minimum 2% of the estimated cost

   • To be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or UC, in favor of The Bank of Punjab

   • Original must be submitted to Head of CPD before the deadline, and a copy uploaded with the technical bid on E-PADS.

 Mandatory Requirements

• Valid NTN and GST registration certificates must be submitted with the bid.

• Prices must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

• Only bidders with complete technical compliance will be considered for financial evaluation.

• Any costs related to bid preparation and submission are the responsibility of the bidder.
