National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Rawalpindi, intends to auction residential and commercial properties and vehicles on an "As Is Where Is" basis. This notice is being issued to inform the general public, including both private and commercial entities, about the upcoming auction.

Vehicles for Auction:

1. Audi A6, 2016, Sedan, 1984 CC – Reserve Price: PKR 12,250,000
2. Honda Civic, 2023, Sedan, 1499 CC – Reserve Price: PKR 7,650,000
3. Suzuki Bolan, 2023, MPV, 796 CC – Reserve Price: PKR 1,863,000
4. Toyota Land Cruiser V8 (Special No. BCU-1), 2022 – Reserve Price: PKR 70,000,000

Properties for Auction:

1. 1 Kanal Plot with 9-Story Grey Structure – Plot No. 24, The Walk, Parkview City, Islamabad
   Reserve Price: PKR 462,200,000

2. 1 Kanal Plot – Plot No. 217, Sector E-6, Street No. 2, Phase-VII, Hayatabad, Peshawar
   Reserve Price: PKR 48,000,000

Residential and Commercial Plots for Auction:

• 31 commercial plots and 29 residential plots available (total covered area: 53,338 sq. ft.)

Terms and Conditions:

1. Bidding will be conducted on an "As Is Where Is" basis.
2. The bidding will begin at the reserved price, and any bids lower than the reserve price will not be accepted.
3. Interested bidders must submit a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the NAB Chairman, along with a completed bid form and required documents, at the NAB Rawalpindi office (6-G Civic Centre, Islamabad) either on or before the auction date.
4. All bidders who do not win will have their earnest money returned on the day of the auction.
5. Bidders can obtain the related documents from NAB’s website or directly from NAB Rawalpindi.
6. If bidding on behalf of a company, a Power of Attorney, duly signed by the company’s CEO, is required.
7. The highest bid will be considered the winning bid.
8. The successful bidder must submit 25% of the bid amount as a DD/Pay Order within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the earnest money.
9. The successful bidder must pay the remaining 75% of the bid amount within 30 days, in the form of DD/Pay Order. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the collected funds and the property or vehicle being auctioned again.
10. The successful bidder will also be responsible for paying taxes, transfer fees, and any other government charges related to the transaction.
11. The successful bidder will be bound by all legal and administrative requirements.
12. The authorized authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice, based on technical or administrative reasons.

Auction Schedule:

• Vehicles Auction (Audi A6, Honda Civic, Suzuki Bolan, Toyota Land Cruiser V8) will be held on April 15, 2025 at NAB Rawalpindi office.
• Property Auction (Grey Structure Plot at Parkview City, Islamabad) will take place on April 16, 2025 at NAB Rawalpindi office.
• 1 Kanal Plot in Hayatabad, Peshawar will be auctioned on April 17, 2025 at NAB Peshawar office.

Inspection Details:

1. Vehicles Inspection will be conducted at the NAB Rawalpindi office (Gate No. 2) from April 7 to April 11, 2025.
2. Property Inspection is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM (with a break from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM on Fridays).
