Procurement of IT Equipment
Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC)
Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC) invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced vendors for the supply of IT equipment for its head office. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended), using the Single Stage – One Envelope bidding process.

Who Can Apply
Bids are invited from firms, suppliers, contractors, or sole proprietors who:-
Are registered with NTN and GST/Punjab Sales Tax (PST) authorities.

Have at least three (03) years of relevant experience.

Bid Submission Deadline

All bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by August 08, 2025 at 11:00 AM.

Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order (PO), Demand Draft (DD), Bank Draft (BD), or Bank Guarantee, made payable to Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC).

Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM at the PHIMC office.
