The Executive Engineer (OP), MEPCO Division Rajanpur, invites sealed tenders from contractors who are pre-qualified and approved by WAPDA/MEPCO under Class A, B, C, and D categories and have valid registration for the year 2025–26. Contractors must also hold field specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05. All submitted documents must be duly attested.

Financial Requirements

Bidders must deposit 3% of the total bid amount as earnest money, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank in Pakistan. This is to be submitted before receiving the tender documents.

A 5% security deposit will be retained and refunded upon successful completion of the project. If the contractor fails to complete the work, the 3% earnest money will be forfeited.
Eligibility Criteria

Only firms pre-qualified/enlisted with WAPDA/PEPCO/DISCOS are eligible.

Contractors must be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).

Submission of Income Tax Returns for the last two years is mandatory.

Tender Fee: Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable)

Availability: From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Last Date to Obtain Tender Documents: 11th June 2025

No tenders will be issued on the date of opening (12th June 2025).
Validity of Rates and Contract

The agreed rates shall remain valid for one year from the date of agreement.

The contract period may be reduced or extended based on MEPCO’s needs or until the allocated BID amount is fully utilized—whichever is in MEPCO’s best interest.
