The Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department of the Government of Punjab invites E-Bids from eligible bidders, including manufacturers, authorized dealers, sellers, etc., who are registered with the relevant authorities, such as Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The bids must be submitted both electronically via PPRA EPAD (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and physically at the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department within the specified time.

Tender Submission Instructions

Bid Submission
Bidders must submit a single package containing separate Technical and Financial bids, duly completed, signed, and stamped, in accordance with the Tender Document. The bidder should provide:-
Per unit price of goods

Total price, including sales tax
-
Price should be inclusive of all costs, including installation and commissioning.

Delivery and Installation
-
The goods must be brand new and original as per the specifications.

Delivery and installation must be completed at the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Civil Secretariat, Lahore within 15 days from the date of the Purchase Order.

If the installation is not completed within the stipulated time, the earnest money/security will be forfeited, and the firm will be blacklisted.

Bid Security
-
Bidders must provide a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 5% of the estimated price (as estimated by the procuring agency). This will serve as earnest money in favor of the Section Officer (General), Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department.

The CDR must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. Late bids will not be entertained.
