Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible and experienced firms/contractors for the following project:

Installation of Sign Boards in Sector B1, DHA Bahawalpur

Rs. 51 million (approx.)

Eligibility Criteria

Interested firms must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Valid registration with DHA.

2. Relevant experience in similar works, with proof of successful completion of comparable projects.

3. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category/specialization.

4. NTN number and sales tax registration.

5. Certificate confirming no ongoing litigation with any client/department.

6. Bank account maintenance certificate.

Note:

• Firms that do not meet the above criteria will not be issued tender documents.

• Bidders in a higher category/specialization may also participate.

• In case the PEC license has expired, the bidder must provide proof of application for renewal at the time of bid submission. However, a valid PEC certificate will be mandatory before issuance of the letter of acceptance.

Financial Terms

• Financial bids must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties, except PRA (Punjab Revenue Authority tax).

• DHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, in accordance with applicable rules.

• The decision of DHA Bahawalpur shall be final and binding.
