Hiring of Security Firm for Provision of Security Guards

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), Head Office Islamabad, a public sector bank, invites electronic bids via the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from registered and licensed security service providers for the provision of security guards.

Eligible firms must:

• Be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

• Appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.

Bidding Documents

• Available at the Procurement Department, ZTBL Head Office, Islamabad for a fee of PKR 2,000.

• Can also be downloaded free of cost from ZTBL’s website (www.ztbl.com.pk) or PPRA EPADS.

Submission & Opening of Bids

• Bid Submission Deadline: 20 August 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening: 20 August 2025 at 11:30 AM

• Pre-Bid Meeting: 8 August 2025 at 11:00 AM (Procurement Department, ZTBL Head Office)

Note:

• Bids must be submitted electronically through PPRA EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).

• Manual bids will not be accepted.

• Original bid security and affidavits (as specified in the bidding documents) must be delivered physically to ZTBL before the submission deadline.
