GEPCO invites electronic bids for STG-Tender No. CE/DEV/GEPCO/PMU/2025-26/NCB-STG-4 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis for the supply of the following item:

Participation Requirements

Firms must be registered / pre-qualified with DISCOs, NTDC, WAPDA, GENCOS & PPMC as authorized dealers/manufacturers/suppliers.

Registration with PPRA E-PADS is mandatory; manual submissions will not be accepted.

Tender documents can be downloaded from PPRA E-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk).
If unable to download, a soft copy can be obtained from the office of the undersigned.

Bidding Procedure:

Single electronic package with two encrypted envelopes:

Envelopes must be clearly marked to avoid confusion.

Bid Security:
-
PKR 360,000/- in the form of CDR / Pay Order / Banker’s Cheque / Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan.

Must be valid for 180 days from tender opening date.

Original bid security and supporting documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the office of the undersigned before the bid submission deadline. A scanned copy should be attached with the Technical Proposal in E-PADS.

Bid Validity:

Bids must remain valid for 150 days from the tender opening date.

Technical Compliance:
-
Only already type-tested equipment with valid type test reports (as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023) will be accepted.

Undertakings for future type tests will not be considered.

Other Requirements:
-
Annual turnover of the last three years should be PKR 15 million or more.

Conditional bids or bids without bid security will be rejected.
-
Late bids will not be entertained.

Right of Rejection
GEPCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
