Bidding Procedure
The tender process will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope method in line with Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as updated). -
E-Bidding Requirement
As this procurement is being processed via the E-Procurement System (EPADS), all interested firms must be registered on EPADS to participate. -
Submission Deadline

E-Bid Submission: All bids must be submitted online through EPADS by 12:00 PM on 09 August 2025.

Bid Security Submission: Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) worth 2% of the estimated cost must be delivered to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital 90SB, by the same deadline.

Bid Opening
Submitted bids will be electronically opened on the same day – 09 August 2025 at 12:30 PM, via EPADS. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. -
