Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders on a single-stage two-envelope basis (Technical Offer and Financial Offer) from reputable and renowned national/international companies, firms, or organizations with sound financial and technical backgrounds. The project involves the establishment of a Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Facility at New Gwadar International Airport.

Details of the Facility:

• Land Area: Two plots of 15,827 sq. yds. each, totaling 33,982 sq. yds. with a dedicated apron area of 18,155 sq. yds..

• Lease Duration: 30 years (extendable for another term of 20 years upon mutual consent).

• Reserve Price: Rs. 244/- per sq. yd.

Interested parties may request land in multiple sizes if larger areas are desired.

Tender Document and Terms & Conditions:

• Tender documents, instructions, and terms & conditions can be obtained from the following offices upon submission of:

  • Pay Order/Bank Draft of Rs. 5,000/- (Non-refundable), in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority.

  • A written request addressed to the respective offices.

  • A copy of valid CNIC and NTN Certificate (mandatory).

Office Timings for Document Collection:

• Director Commercial & Estates, HQPAA, Karachi: 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs (Monday - Friday).

  • Location: Terminal-1, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.

• COO/Airport Manager, New Gwadar International Airport: 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs (Monday - Friday).

Tender Submission:

• Last Date for Submission: 20th May 2025 before 1100 hrs.

• The Tender Box will be sealed at 1100 hrs.

• Technical Offer Opening: 20th May 2025 at 1130 hrs at the Conference Room of COO/Airport Manager, New Gwadar International Airport.

  • The opening will be in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend.

  Note: No tender documents will be sold on the Tender Opening Date.

Important Points:

• Income Tax will be deducted from the successful bidder under Section 236-A of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

• Defaulters of PAA are not eligible to apply.

• Late, ambiguous, and/or conditional tenders will not be entertained.
